Prospective Landmark Security Officers are selected for their professional dedication to security as a career, rather than just as a job. Our turn-over ratio of 10% to 15% (two officers a year) compares very well with an industry that can average 200% or more turnover according to industry statistics. Stability in staffing helps our offers get to know our tenants and creates a vested interest in the performance of their jobs
Landmark security officers are committed to excellence. Every member of our staff holds their Ohio Peace Officer Training Certificate and several hold college degrees.
The front desk and our Dispatching Center, located in the Building's parking garage, are staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Landmark Security makes extensive use of closed circuit television coverage in common areas of the building such as lobbied and elevators.
The Department has held a variety of programs for our tenants including "Brown Bag" luncheons where representatives of the Cleveland Police Department's community policing section present suggestions for safety and security while traveling to and from work. We also offer an introductory presentation lasting about a half-hour that covers a variety of security and safety topics for new tenants.
